1. Originality. You confirm the manuscript is your own original work, does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy or other right, and contains no defamatory or unlawful content.
2. Rights. Submitting a manuscript does not transfer any rights to CoreFlow. You retain full ownership of your work. If we offer publication, a separate agreement will govern the specific rights granted (territory, formats, term and royalty splits).
3. Review window. We aim to respond within five working days. Submissions are reviewed in the order received. We do not guarantee acceptance.
4. Simultaneous submissions. Allowed — please notify us promptly if your manuscript is accepted elsewhere.
5. Confidentiality. Your manuscript is reviewed by editorial staff under standard confidentiality. We do not share your work with third parties without consent.
6. Royalties. Standard CoreFlow contracts pay 50% net royalties on eBook and audiobook, 25% net on print. Reporting is monthly with payouts on a 30-day cycle. Final terms are set per contract.
7. Editorial changes. If offered publication, you agree to engage in good faith with editorial revisions. No changes are published without your written approval.
8. AI-generated content. Manuscripts substantially generated by AI tools without meaningful human authorship are not accepted. AI-assisted editing is permitted.
9. Data. Information you provide is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and used solely for reviewing your submission and contacting you about it.
